An auction template is basically a page with a design for your product listing. Think of it like a scrapbook page, if you will, you have sections where you add your "elements" and it just makes your products stand out from the rest!
Where can I use an auction template? TOP
My auction templates can be used at most auction sites. However, I create them for Ebay auctions, where they are most commonly used.
How do I use an auction template? TOP
My auction templates are very easy to use. Each auction template purchase includes a step-by-step guide on how to use and edit your template.
Do I need to know HTML to use your templates? TOP
No. While my templates are HTML documents, there is no need to know any HTML. The templates are set up in a way that anyone can use them.
What happens after I purchase a template from you? TOP
Once I receive your order, I will begin working on your templates. This can take between 1-3 days, depending on how many orders I have at the time. Once I am finished with your order, I will email it to you in a .zip file. You will need to be able to "unzip" it. You can use a program for this, such as Winzip, or simply right-click the file and select 'extract to' and choose a location on your computer. If you'd like your files sent to you in a different method, please notify me immediately.
If I purchase multiple templates, do I need to fill in my "specifics" for each template? TOP
No. If you are purchasing more than one template, you only need to fill in your specifics for the first one, except, the freebie. You definitely want to specify which freebie you want for each template you purchase.
Can I share my templates with other people? TOP
Absolutely not! If you purchase templates from me, they are for use with only one Ebay account, yours. I work very hard to design these templates and I think I offer them at very reasonable prices, so please don't share or distribute them as your own. I encourage everyone to read my Terms of Use before making a purchase.
What is image hosting and why do I need that? TOP
Image hosting is basically online storage of your pictures. You need this because if you want customers to be able to view your product pictures, they will need to be online. There are several free image hosting sites, the most popular (I use it) one being Photobucket. Please see my "Recommended Sites" page for a list.
What is an image url? TOP
An image url is the address of your picture online. So, when you upload your pictures to an image host, each picture has a unique web address which is the url.
